These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dream2Visa website, landing pages, guides, forms, booking pages and email communications (together, the "Site"), operated for Dream2Visa by Emanay Inc., 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, Florida 33131 ("Emanay", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

The Site provides general information about the E-2 Treaty Investor visa and about Dream2Visa and the E-2 program it offers with Emanay, which helps clients find, buy or build a U.S. business and coordinates the professionals involved. The Site, our free guides, emails and calls are for general information only.

2. No legal, immigration, tax or investment advice

Nothing on the Site is legal, immigration, tax, accounting or investment advice, and using the Site does not create an attorney-client or any other professional relationship. Immigration legal services are provided only by independent licensed attorneys under their own engagement terms. Always consult a qualified professional about your own situation.

3. No guarantee of outcome

Visa decisions are made solely by U.S. government authorities. We do not guarantee that any visa will be approved, that any business will be profitable, or any particular timeline, cost or result. Examples, stories and figures on the Site describe past situations or illustrations, not promises.

4. Eligibility questionnaire and scoring

When you complete our questionnaire, we use your answers to understand your situation and prioritise follow-up. Any score or assessment is an internal tool, not a determination of eligibility. Please answer accurately; you are responsible for the information you provide.

5. Booking and communications

If you book a call, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone or messaging about your enquiry. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link. A free consultation does not commit either of us to an engagement; any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

6. Creators and partners
